Casanova is locked up and awaiting trial on the federal charges of racketeering and drug trafficking leveled against him and other purported members of the United Gorilla Stone Nation.

The Feds won't take Casa's bail money, citing concern that Casa is a danger to his community.

However, they will take his assets.  In new filings, the Feds announced their intention to seize any property or contractual rights and proceeds obtained directly and indirectly from the racketeering activity alleged in the indictment of the Gorilla Stones, including Casa.

In addition, the Feds are adding two counts of attempted murder and assault with a dangerous weapon in aid of racketeering over a shooting in Miami involving Casanova.

According to the Feds, the incident started when Casa flashed gang signs in front of a strip club.  A Crip took issues, and Casa's crew opened fire, hospitalizing a gang member.
