Fat Joe has been all over the news since Eminem went at Nick Cannon on The Bronx's rapper cut "Lord Above."
Now Joe is talking about a bleak financial situation he went through in 2001.
He recently sat down with Elliot Wilson's "CRWN" and explained when his album Jealous Ones Still Envy (J.O.S.E.) came out he made tons of money. But he developed some terrible spending habits as that ended up biting him in the ass.

"I made so much money that I was going to the bank every f*cking day to get $50,000 in cash," Joe explained. "Every n***a in my crew, 30 n***as in the Bronx has white f*cking Cadillac trucks with TS chains on ... So I go in there one day and the lady goes, 'Mr. Joe, there must be something wrong. There's no money in your bank account.' My asshole got this tight, my n***a. Like the cartoons birds is going around your f*cking head."
"I left the bank," Joe continued. "You see the movies like Gladiator, Troy, 300? You know how they be coming in n***as' cribs for taxes? Taking the chickens, the cow and sh*t? 'Any n***a owe me a dollar, go get that sh*t.' This gets bad because it's people we actually love."
What do you think about Joe spending all that money back in the day?
