Famous Dex was rushed to the hospital for drinking too much lean, and now he says he’s done with it for good. He also posted a message to his fans from a hospital bed and told them to leave the drink alone.
"If I'm your role model, then stop fucking doing the lean," said Dex. "I just want to let my Live know, all my fans know, I quit codeine. I don’t do the lean no more. That’s on my kids. You’ll never ever see me with a double cup. It fucked me up. I’m in the hospital right now. But I feel so much better. I feel so good. God is so good. That’s why y’all haven’t been seeing me do no music. I been fucked up.”
“That’s why ya’ll haven’t been seeing me on the camera,” he continued. “I been sick. I wanna let all my fans know if ya’ll can stop doing this shit right now that’s fucking ya’ll up, really stop doing this from the bottom of my heart. In the long run it’s really gon’ fuck ya’ll over. Your body will shut down on you.”
In another video, Dex said he’ll continue to smoke weed but that’s it.
“Stop the lean,” he said. “I ain’t say the marijuana now.”
