Fabolous is a punchline rapper, and punchlines often involve famous names in not so nice situations.
Loso learned the peril of all of that after Beyonce confronted him over a bar he dropped involving her and her sister Solange.
He explains what happened at the 36-minute mark of his Breakfast Club interview this morning.
"Sometimes you say punchlines as a punchline rapper, and you may not even know the seriousness behind it," he explained and then gave an example.
"You know who actually stopped me? Solange ... It was some mixtape freestyle or song or something, and I said 'if you could have Beyonce would you take Solange?"
"The first person I saw was Bee," he continues. "She was like 'let me holler at you.' I went over there and she was telling me they rock with me and they know me and I didn't think when I was saying it, I didn't connect like that like they were real people.
With Beyonce, I ain't gonna share the exact conversation but she told me, these are people. Saying something like that could personally hurt her. I said 'I get it, and when I see Solange that I'll apologize to her. I ended up seeing her at Soho house years ago ... let me beeline to Solange to apologize. Solange, she was stiff. I was like 'what's up.' I was like, I didn't mean any malice but I do take responsibility and I apologize for it, "She was like, 'cool.'"
Fab went on to say this woke him up, and that now he is more careful with how he mentions people in his bars. Loso and The Breakfast Club gang also made a lot of jokes about elevators during the discussion.
