Fabolous probably won't have to go to the pokey for allegedly assaulting the mother of his children Emily B earlier this year.
According to Bossip, the rapper attended a disposition hearing in Bergen County Superior Court earlier today and agreed to a pre-trial intervention deal.
The program is meant for first-time offenders and lasts for six months to a year. And if Fab doesn't get into any more trouble during that time and successfully completes diversion training, his felony charge will be dropped.
Loso chose not to speak during the disposition. He's been working on the plea deal since the beginning of June, so a lot of the details were already ironed out.
It'll be interesting to see if this will close the book on Fab's assault case and if he'll be able to restore his image on some level. It looks like he's already smoothed things over with Emily B.
