Fabolous Facing Serious Time For His Emily B Crimes

Fabolous was arrested last week after Emily B, star of Love & Hip Hop and the mother of his two children, claimed he hit her.

Em says he punched her seven times in the mouth, causing her to lose two front teeth. Loso was also caught on tape waving a sharp object and threatening to kill her father, who had come to the home Fab shares with Emily to confront him.

The 40-year old turned himself and was charged with aggravated assault and making a terroristic threat, both in the third degree.

Today, we learned the Bergen County New Jersey's prosecutor's office will be handling the case against Fabolous and each charge carries three to five years in prison and a $15,000 fine. Fab will be back in court sometime in the next few weeks.

So far neither Fab nor his label Def Jam has commented on the charges.
