Famous Dex has a pretty famous drug problem and it's so bad he's suffered seizures during shows.
It's not getting any better. A new photo and video of Dex has his fans expecting the worst.

Last month, NLE Choppa admonished Dex's label for allowing Dex to become a junkie.
Dex responded by saying "at least somebody cares."
"He cares, at least somebody cares," Dex said. "He didn't say nothing wrong, at least somebody cares. I just wanted to say I really appreciated the love and support, but the world on drugs and I look mighty damn fine."
It looks like Dex needs to start caring about himself.
