10-year old English boy Teejay Stainer was born without a calf bone in his right leg, leading to its amputation at 14 months.
It's tough for a kid to have such a visible disability. But Stainer has a weapon against the stares and taunts: prosthetic legs that feature his musical hero Eminem.
Stainer's parents posted on Facebook a photo of Teejay holding up a sign reading, 'These are my Eminem legs I've had made. My wish is for Eminem to see them.'
About 20,000 shares later the image jumped across the pond to Detroit, and Eminem sent Teejay a signed copy of his Recovery album, with the message "To Teejay, I saw your pic and read your message! Thanks for the support!"
"I think he sent me that album in particular because of the recovery that I've made," a beaming Teejay told the Daily Echo.
