Radio personality Ebro came up in Cali, but he's repped New York hard since he joined Hot 97 in 2003.

Since then, Hip Hop's epicenter has been shifting down South, with Atlanta taking the lead.

But Old Man Darden thinks the South's reign is coming to a close.
