Drakeo The Ruler was stabbed to death last month during Snoop Dogg's Once Upon A Time In LA festival.
His mom wants to give him a proper burial, but she can't pay the 52K bill for such a funeral.
So she is asking the court to allow her to access her son's estate, which she believes to be around $2 million. (That sounds a bit optimistic to us.)
Without a court order, she has no access to Drakeo's money.
If the court rules in her favor, she believes she can memorialize her son with "dignity, style and grace."
So far, there are no known suspects in Drakeo's killing.
