Drake Turned down Rolling Loud's Godfather Offer

Drake had a rough summer.

But he's had a sterling career.

Billboard just named The boy the second biggest artist of the 21st century, trailing only Taylor Swift.

How big is Drake?  

He's turned down every offer to headline Rolling Loud because he doesn't need it.  He even turned them down when the said they'd let him headline all three nights.
