Drake has been named in some of the over $2 billion in lawsuits against Travis Scott and others involved in the Astroworld disaster.
He's now facing a $4 billion lawsuit all on his own.
In April of 2017, Mesha Collins broke into Drake's Hidden Hills mansion.
Drake wasn't home, and when the authorities arrived, the woman -- who was in Drake's bedroom with one of his hoodies on -- claimed she had permission to be in the home, but that wasn't the case. She copped to helping herself to some soda and bottled water while she was inside, but nothing else was taken.
Drake never pressed charges because he thought Collins had personal issues.
Now Collins wants that $4 billion from Drake because she believes he defamed her when he suggested she was mentally unstable.
Drake's lawyers believe she filed the lawsuit because she thought that might help her meet Drake.
Drake has issued a statement on the suit.
“In April 2017, somebody broke into my Los Angeles home when I was not there. At the time of that incident, I was not told any details about the trespasser, including her name. I did not even know of Plaintiff until this lawsuit was filed and served. Indeed, I was unaware of Plaintiff’s identity, name, or where she alleges she lives until the filing and service of this lawsuit.”
