Drake Settles With Woman Who Claimed He Raped And Impregnated Her

Drake settled his case against a woman who lied about the rapper getting her pregnant.

Layla Lace, also claimed Drake raped her during a one night stand. She then tried to extort him and repeated the claims on the radio. So Drake sued her for defamation, extortion, and fraud. 

But Drake filed court documents on Friday and let the court know that he and Lace have resolved things. 

"The filing made by Drake against Layla Lace has been resolved, with Layla avoiding going to trial by agreeing to a stipulated judgment which prohibits her from repeating past statements she made against Drake," said the rapper's attorney Larry Stein. "Drake and his team are satisfied with this outcome, and while Drake appreciates the support he has received, he asks that his fans and the media allow both parties to move on with their lives"

A judge still needs to sign off on the agreement.
