The Canadian rapper was seen giving out cash from his car to strangers in Toronto on Christmas, and it was all captured on video.
[Instagram post not found]Drake was being driven around in a Maybach and he was given out stacks of 20 (Canadian.) It's unclear how much money he gave out, but the stacks were large.
