Let the rumors begin! Toronto Raptor DeMar DeRozan may have let a huge cat out of the bag in his interview on NBA TV. With one sentence, the internet is going to go crazy in anticipation of a possible Drake mixtape before Views From The 6. This year, we've gotten a few loose records from Drizzy, so we know he's been working on what we thought was just an album.
"I talked to him the other night, actually he said he wanted to give me his mixtape that come out in January," DeRozan said around the 5:39 mark.
If this turns out to be true, it will be Drake's first mixtape since 2009's So Far Gone. In the past, Drake has expressed interest in doing an R&B tape, but it never came to fruition. Could this tape be that concept or has he moved past that idea? We'll be finding out in two months if DeRozan turns out to be right.
