Drake Clowned For Jumping On Snowd4y's Song 'Wah Gwan Delilah'

by Daryl Nelson

There is widespread confusion over Drake's decision to jump on "Wah Gwan Delilah," a song by Toronto TikTok star and comedian Snowd4y.

"Wah Gwan Delilah," which seems more of a spoof than anything, is a remake of the rock group Plain White T's 2006 hit "Hey There Delilah."

Some say this proves that his beef loss to Kendrick Lamar has sent him into a spiral , similar to what people said after hearing J. Cole on Cash Cobain's "Grippy."

"Wah gwan, Delilah? Know I’m late ’cause there’s bare traffic /  I just show my dog your ‘Gram / He said he knows a man that slapped it, I’m so cheesed / Your mademoiselle nights are geeked, I’m bent lowkey," sings Drake on the song.

At first, people thought his voice was AI generated, but then he shared the song on Instagram Stories and wrote "@snowd4y wake up the city."
