Everybody was speculating over whether Snoop Dogg would smoke up during Super Bowl, where he was scheduled to perform the halftime show.
And why wouldn't he? The man smokes weed regularly and herb is legal in Cali for those over 21. We guess there was some concern that the NFL's strict drug policy would apply to halftime performers too.
