The Bucks were 30-13 before they fired Adrian Griffin and brought on Doc Rivers.

They've been 15-15 since and have lost back-to-back games to Memphis and Washington, arguably the two worst teams in the league.

Speaking before the Bucks' home loss to the Grizzlies, Rivers managed to blame the team's struggles on poor road preparation by the team's staff.

“I’ve actually been sitting back and watching everything. Not just our players but our travel crew, everything…We don’t bring the necessary professionalism, seriousness on the road," Rivers said.

Here's JJ Redick, who played for Rivers in Los Angeles, prior comments on Doc's history of blaming everyone but himself for his team's failures.

"I’ve seen the trend for years! The trend is always making excuses. Doc, we get it. Taking over a team in the middle of a season is hard. It’s hard. We get it. Just like getting traded in the middle of the season. It’s hard for a player. We get it, but it’s always an excuse. It’s always throwing your team under the bus… there’s never accountability with that guy," Redick said.
