DMX To Be Released From Federal Pen Tomorrow

DMX is about to be a free man once again. 

Last month, we reported that DMX would be released from his latest incarnation -- this time for tax evasion -- on January 27th. 

Since the date lands on a weekend, X is allowed to be released on the last preceding weekday, which is tomorrow.

While in the federal pen, X was hanging out with Black Mafia Family bosses and working on new music. He is planning on dropping an album once he's released. 

According to his attorney, "X is very happy and looking forward to being home."

Who knows, maybe X can finally get at R. Kelly once he's out.
