DJ Quik Claims He's About To Sue A Known Rapper From Compton

DJ Quik is on the verge of suing a certain Compton rapper. He took to Twitter this yesterday to cryptically reveal his plan. "Guess what Compton rapper I'm about to sue?" he tweeted and since deleted. His follow-up tweet that reads "you'll see" remains up, though.

As for who this Compton rapper is, there's only a few names that would make sense. YG just released his Still Brazy album and The Game also delivered his Streets of Compton soundtrack. The timing would seem to allude to one of these two projects. In the last couple years, Quik has worked with both artists appearing/producing The Game's "Quik's Groove" and having a verse on YG's "Bicken Back Being Bool (Remix)." If he does plan to sue one of those two, the reasoning is unknown.
