Legendary producer and G-Funk pioneer DJ Quik doesn't think he's getting paid what he owed.

So he made a big show of burning his latest royalty check from Death Row.

"It gets to the point where I've become impatient and have been disrespected.  I'm not going be an underdog of the music industry anymore.  I am to be respect as the king and the lord that I am.  A God when it comes to production.  I need all of my credit."

In addition to calling out Death Row, which is now owned by a huge investment firm, Quik believes he should be getting paid for tracks like Kendrick Lamar's 'King Kunta' and 50 Cent's 'In Da Club.'

It's hard to see the amount of the check Quick is burning, but it seems to be in the hundreds.

It's also very hard to burn Death Row checks.
