DJ Akademiks Still Doesn't Believe That Tory Lanez Shot Megan Thee Stallion

In December of last year, Tory Lanez was convicted of shooting Megan Thee Stallion in the feet.

He tried to get a new trial but that didn't work out, so now prosecutors want him to serve 13 years. 

Before the conviction, many were vocal about not believing that Lanez shot the Suga creator. 

Afterward, though, some, like, My Expert Opinion host, Math Hoffa, did a 180 and said they were wrong for doubting her story.

But another podcast host still doesn't believe that Lanez is guilty and that's DJ Akademiks. 

“I thought [Tory Lanez] didn’t do it. I’m still kind of a little doubtful, but the verdict is the verdict,” said Ak in a recent chat with VladTV. “I think the people who were reporting at court at that time were biased ...  We even had Drake who said, ‘The chick is lying,' and he took some flack for it. It became one of those things where the majority of the industry was like, ‘You know what? This Tory guy might be innocent.'”

Ak was talking about Drake shooting down Megan's claim on the 21 Savage assisted-song “Circo Loco.”
