A woman named Fauziya Abashe sued DJ Akademiks and two of his friends for rape and defamation earlier this year.
Photos and court documents recently surfaced, and they include new details of the alleged assault. Akademiks responded and denied wrongdoing, which he also did a few months ago.
Akademiks rape victim .. the court filings have screen grabs and text messages and she's all scarred up. If she was willing why did they drag her across concrete 🤕 the evidence is damning imho pic.twitter.com/xx1YqFZ715

"Ms. Abashe was unconscious or incoherent because it is unconscionable to believe that any person who is a willing participant in these acts can endure the pain of being dragged back and forth on the concrete, incurring scrapes and scratches on their back, buttocks, and elbows, especially while there is an empty lawn chair in arms reach, as well as several empty rooms in the home," court docs read. "Mr. Allen and his two accomplices' sexual assault severely injured Ms. Abashe, causing significant physical and psychological pain and suffering, loss of dignity, and invasion of her privacy."
Ak — real name Livingston Allen — responded to the photos and court docs this week, saying that he fully cooperated with police when he was first questioned.

"I gave over everything," he said. "Phones. I gave over 10 phones. Everything, take it. Nothing to hide. There’s nothing nefarious. Look through everything. I sent my security guy [and said] 'Go decrypt [my devices] so the [police] don’t have to waste time' … They looked through everything."
