Last night, Dame Dash sent Kanye a video message about how he was in the studio cooking up some beats for Ye.
So Kanye posted the message on Twitter.

"I'ma send you this beat," Dash said as music played in the back. "I cooked some shit up in the lab. I’m in the studio nigga, making motherfucking records, and I got more, so just let me know. You have to respect my creativity in this motherfucker ... I’m only telling you this to get you hyped over this shit. I'ma email this shit to you, my nigga. Let this shit get your mind right. Nigga, let's make some music. Let's be creative."
The only problem is that's not Dame's beat. It's "Sarah", off of Diplo's 2004 album Florida.
Something Diplo jumped on to point out.
This is my actual song tho 🤨 https://t.co/yoQl3Uf9gO

We guess Dame doesn't explicitly say it was his beat. He just heavily implied it. But the whole thing is as awkward as we imagine most correspondences between Dame and Ye are.
