Diddy settled Cassie's sexual assault suit against him.
He's hired Bobbi Sternheim, who represented Jeffrey Epstein’s associate and girlfriend Ghislaine Maxwell, to defend one of them.
In that suit, a Jane Doe says she met Diddy's longtime lieutenant, Harve Pierre, in a Detroit club in 2003 when she was 17.
After telling her he was friends with Puff and getting him on the phone to prove it, Pierre smoked crack and forced her to perform oral sex on him. Shortly after, she was whisked into a private plane, flown to New Jersey, and taken to NYC in a limo.
Once in the studio, she was plied with drugs until she became hazy and ended up having sex with Puff.
“Ms. Doe did not consent to having sex with Mr. Combs, but he continued thrusting. At some point, Mr. Combs turned Ms. Doe around to face him. He told her that he could not orgasm and asked her to squeeze his nipples as hard as she could to help him ‘get off.’ He then turned her back around and continued to rape her,” the lawsuit alleges.
After Puff was done, the third man forced her to have vaginal and oral sex.
Diddy has denied the allegations against him and claimed his accuser is looking for a "quick payday."
Maxwell is serving 20 years for child sex trafficking.
