Thalia Graves filed a lawsuit against Diddy on Tuesday, accusing him of raping her in 2001 with his security guard Joseph Sherman in a New York Bad Boy recording studio.

Hours after filing the suit, she spoke about the alleged incident in Los Angeles at a press conference with her lawyer Gloria Allred.

"The internal pain after being sexually assaulted has been incredibly deep and hard to put into words," Graves described. "It goes beyond just the physical harm caused during the assault. It’s a pain that reaches into the very core of who I am, leaving emotional scars that may never fully heal."

"Being blamed, questioned and threatened has oftentimes made me feel worthless, isolated and sometimes responsible for what has happened to me," she added. "I am emotionally scarred. I’m glad that [Diddy] is locked up but that is a temporary feeling of relief."

Graves said she was 25 years old when the rape happened. Then in 2023 she learned it was recorded and that Diddy and Sherman showed the tape to others. She remembers the two inviting her to a meeting and offering her a drink, which she believes was laced.

She later woke up bound and restrained while the men violently raped her, according to her lawsuit.
