Diddy's legal team recently filed a third appeal to get the Bad Boy founder released on bond.
But he faces an uphill battle, as the feds are trying to use the 2016 beating of Cassie to keep him locked up.
Not only did prosecutors describe everything Diddy did to his ex back then, but they also pointed to his efforts to remove the surveillance footage.
They said Diddy tried to bribe a hotel security officer with cash , but the officer turned it down.
The feds also claim Diddy got his team to deal with it, and the footage "disappeared" from the hotel's servers "within days."
So, according to TMZ, prosecutors are saying that Diddy would go to the same lengths to get rid of evidence and intimidate witnesses.
In his first two bond appeals, the 54-year-old put up a $50 million bond package and said he'd stay away from women and drugs.
He's currently facing charges of sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation to engage in prostitution.
