Diddy Officially Indicted After New York Arrest

Following his arrest in New York City last night, Diddy has been indicted by a grand jury

TMZ says that he's been charged with sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion, racketeering conspiracy, and transportation to engage in prostitution.

Court docs also state that Diddy is accused of forced labor, coercion and enticement to engage in prostitution, interstate transportation for purposes of prostitution, bribery, arson, kidnapping, obstruction of justice, and crimes involving narcotics.

He's scheduled to see the judge this morning, and his laywer Marc Agnifilo says he'll try to get him freed on bail.

"His spirits are good. He’s confident," said Agnifilo. "He’s dealing with his head on, the way he’s dealt with every challenge of his life … He’s going to plead not guilty, obviously. He’s going to fight this with all of his energy and all of his might."
