Diddy recently settled a lawsuit with his ex Cassie, who had accused him of assaulting her, raping her, and forcing her to have sex with other men while he watched.
He is now facing another similar suit.
Joi Dickerson-Neal filed a complaint against Puff today in the Manhattan Supreme Court.
She alleges that in 1991 Puff drugged her, raped her, and played a video recording of her rape to other men.
It happened when Neal was a college student, and a pre-fame Diddy worked as a talent director at Uptown Records.
Dickerson-Neal says he spiked her drink at a restaurant -- during a date she reluctantly agreed to -- and then had his way with her at his home.
Afterward, Puff is accused of showing a tape of the assault to multiple people, including Jodeci member Davante Swing.
At the time, Swing told Dickerson-Neal he had viewed the tape. When she asked him who else had seen the video, he replied, "Everyone."
Today is the last day victims can file lawsuits under the New York State Adult Survivors Act, which granted a year for plaintiffs to file civil suits for sexual offenses, regardless of how long ago the incident took place.
