Diddy has apologized for beating Cassie.
[Instagram post not found]"It’s so difficult to reflect on the darkest times in your life, but sometimes you got to do that. I was f*cked up — I mean, I hit rock bottom — but I make no excuses. My behavior on that video is inexcusable. I take full responsibility for my actions in that video. I'm disgusted. I was disgusted then when I did it. I’m disgusted now," Diddy said, adding he has gone to therapy to fix his behavior.
Earlier this week, CNN leaked a video of a 2016 incident in which Puff beats and drags his then-girlfriend in the hallway of a Los Angeles hotel.
Cassie had explained the incident, and others, in a lawsuit she filed against Diddy last year. They settled for a rumored $30 million.
While Puff can't be charged in the beating because it's past the statute of limitations, he is being investigated by the feds for sex trafficking and other crimes.
