Diddy is facing his third lawsuit under the New York Adult Survivors Act, which expired on Thanksgiving — a law that gives sexual abuse victims the right to file a suit before the statue of limitations expire.
In this latest suit, a woman listed as Jane Doe said she met Diddy and Guy singer Aaron Hall at a New York City event in 1990 or 1991 and forced her, as well as her friend, to have sex with them after supplying them with drinks.
"While at Hall’s apartment, Jane Doe was offered more drinks and was coerced into having sex with Combs," the suit reads, according to Rolling Stone. "After Combs finished doing his business, Jane Doe laid in bed, shocked and traumatized. As she was in the process of getting dressed, Hall barged into the room, pinned her down and forced Jane Doe to have sex with him ...[The woman's friend was then] forced to have sex with Combs and Hall in another room."
Furthermore, Jane Doe says that Diddy became violent in the days after the alleged rapes.
"He was irate and began assaulting and choking Jane Doe to the point that she passed out," it says in court docs. "Combs was searching for Jane Doe’s friend because he was worried that she would tell the girl he was with at the time what he and Hall had done to them."
The third suit comes after Diddy settled with his ex Cassie since she sued him for rape, human trafficking, and other horrible things.
A woman named Joi Dickerson-Neal also filed a suit, claiming that Diddy drugged and raped her.
