Did Future Just Turn The Water In Ohio Town Purple?

The tap water in Coal Grove, Ohio has oddly turned purple.

Coincidence? Some folks on Twitter don't think so.

The official explanation for the purple water is "a large quantity of sodium permanganate." It's apparently harmless but may stain your clothes.
