Nipsey Hussle will be honored with an elaborate tribute at the 2020 Grammys, which air this coming Sunday.
Included in the ceremony will be a musical performance featuring Kirk Franklin, DJ Khaled, John Legend, Meek Mill, Roddy Ricch and YG. (The Game is somewhere crying over the snub.)
"An activist, entrepreneur and rapper, Nipsey Hussle had a lasting impact on not just his community, but also the culture at large," said Grammy Awards executive producer Ken Ehrlich. "There is no denying the influence he had and his legacy will be felt for generations to come. We are honored to bring together this amazing group of artists to celebrate Nipsey's life and pay tribute to his many contributions to music. It's sure to be a memorable performance."
Nipsey, who was shot to death on March 31 of last year in his hometown of Los Angeles, is also nominated for three Grammys, best rap song and best rap performance for "Racks in the Middle" and best rap/sung performance for "Higher."
Are you feeling all of this Grammys love for Nipsey or does it feel a little ... weird?
