The 26-year-old got his sentence today for masturbating on a commercial flight from Japan back to the USA. When he was arrested by Federal agents upon touching down he told them he needed to whip out the Vaseline on-flight because he didn't get any action overseas.
He will get two years probation and 120 hours of community service. He must register as a sex offender and undergo psychiatric evaluation and drug testing.
