DC Young Fly's girlfriend and mother of his three children, Jacky Oh, died in May after going to Florida for a "mommy makeover."
The procedure consisted of a liposuction and a BBL. She began experiencing headaches hours after it was finished. She was pronounced dead the next day.
Her autopsy revealed "swelling in her brain and excessive bleeding of the skin around her torso."
However, her death had been ruled accidental, meaning there will not be any criminal investigation into her surgeon, Dr. Zachary Okhah.
Okhah had faced complaints of botched procedures before Jacky's death. He has a history of responding to negative online reviews with lawsuits.
Now he knows he won't be going to criminal court over Oh's death.
