The 30-page federal indictment against AR-Ab and his gang is also now available.
The indictment states AR-Ab [Abdul West] is the leader of the nationwide drug ring. He and his crew owned properties all over the city and utilized fake IDs to rent other properties for their drug trafficking operation (DTO).
The DTO made frequent trips to Los Angeles to negotiate drug transactions and would then bring back the product back and distribute in the Philadelphia area.
