Damian Lillard is having a good couple of days.
First he scored 39 points in the Blazers debut against the Jazz.
Then the Lil Wayne feature on his track 'Loyal To The Soil' -- which was removed after his debut album The Letter O dropped -- has been returned.

Is this a sign of Birdman softening his stance toward Wayne?
Probably not. But it does mean things aren't getting worse, as it looked like they were when Lillard was forced to pull the vocals.
