Last week, the North Carolina rapper and his crew issued a bowling alley beatdown on DaniLeigh's brother Brandon Bills.
There were reports that Bills may sue DaBaby over the fight, and those reports came true today.
According to TMZ, Bills filed a lawsuit against DaBaby, claiming that he was suddenly assaulted by the rapper.
He clams that he was walking by DaBaby when he was assaulted, leaving him with serious physical injuries and pain, plus psychological damage.
Bills said that the beatdown left him with a sustained disability and a hefty medical bill.
Overall, DaBaby is being sued for assault, negligence, battery, and emotional distress.
