Curren$y Announces Joint EP With Freddie Gibbs

by Daryl Nelson

It looks like Curren$y and Freddie Gibbs will be releasing a joint EP together called Fetti. The New Orleans rapper confirmed the news via his Instagram page.

According to Spitta's post, he phoned Gibbs, who green lit the project by sending him a video of himself skiing. Freddie doesn't actually say he'll do the EP in the clip, but Curren$y said it was all a go.

The last time the pair worked together was in 2015 on a cut also called "Fetti,' which is off of The Alchemist and Oh No's joint album Welcome to Los Santos.

There hasn't been a release date set for the EP.  But both rappers have undoubtedly gotten their fan bases excited.
