Drill Music ended up being a super popular rap subgenre and there's often a debate about who does it best, folks in the UK, Chicago, or New York.
As for the famed rocker Courtney Love, she's in love with UK drill music and explained why during an interview on the WTF with Marc Maron podcast.
“The Drill here, which is like a genre of Hip-Hop that I actually really like … it’s melodic, it’s almost like Joy Division do gangsta rap," said Love, per The Line of Best Fit. "There’s all these minor sevenths and depressing things in Drill. It started in Chicago but I like the UK Drill.”
Last year G Herbo started a huge debate after saying that New York rappers gave drill music more style.
