There's been a lot made about the City Girls' new album RAW not selling well. The project moved between 6,000 and 8,000 units in its first week, numbers that people clowned.
The ladies spoke about the low sales during their interview on The Breakfast Club and said one of the reasons has to do with all of the stunting they're doing. [Jump to the 44:07 mark]
"We came out as, like, stunting," JT explained. "Right now, stunting ain’t cool, because people broke."
She blamed the low sales on her management as well.
"I feel like we have a bad timing thing. I feel like our timing, and our management, is poor," said JT. "We’ve got poor management, poor timing, like, it’s really never no strategy. We just out here, like, why the f*ck are we at The Breakfast Club a week after our thing dropped?"
