Chuck D Says 2Pac Shouldn't Be First Solo Rap Artist In Rock Hall Of Fame

by HHL Editors

Chuck D is part of one of five hip hop acts enshrined in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

Tupac Shakur, who was just nominated for the Hall in his first year of eligibility, is likely to be the sixth -- and first solo artist.

However, the Public Enemy front man thinks another rapper should get that honor.

He explains who and why:

Got forever love for PAC BUT there AINT a solo rap act that should get in the RRHOF before @llcoolj I Dont care about what naysayers think

.@MizzDiamond16 @llcoolj Nice opinion but I knew them both. There was NOBODY like LL when he emerged, PAC improved as he got seasoned.
