According to Chrisean Rock, Puff Daddy got involved in her salary negotiations with Zeus network, which broadcasts her reality show.
Chrisean was at a party at Diddy's house along with Zeus CEO Lemuel Plummer. At the time, she was requesting 200K and he was only paying her 100K. When Chrisean and Lemmy met Puff, Puff told him to cut her the check.

"Then [Diddy] grabbed Lemmy by his neck. He was, like 'Do you f*ck with Chrisean.' Like, don't play with her. All she needs is love. Don't play with her," Rock recalled.
However, Puffy's physical intervention didn't work and Rock's checks just got smaller.
