Chris Rock Compares J. Cole And Kendrick Lamar [VIDEO]

Kendrick Lamar is running the game in May of 2017.

But Chris Rock thinks another rapper of Kenny Fu Kenny's generation is every bit his equal.

On Hot 97 this morning, the comedian and Hip Hop aficionado compared Kendrick and J. Cole.

"I think J. Cole is as good as Kendrick. It's just different camps. It's just one guy's in North Carolina and one guy's got Jimmy Iovine and Dre's machine. I think they're comparable artists," Rock said.

Rosenberg agreed, while stating he has a personal preference for Kendrick.

"There's just a little more of a machine around Kendrick," Rock continued. "That's not a diss to Kendrick. I noticed that machine is not around J. Cole."
