XXXTentacion isn't the only one whose legal team is crying "horseplay" after an image of their client possibly getting violent with a female emerged.
Breezy's very busy lawyer Mark Geragos argues there was no ill intent behind a photo of Brown with his hands around the neck of a mystery Karrueche Tran look-a-like.

"She's a friend. It's obviously playful as she confirmed," Geragos explained, then adding, "Whoever invaded their privacy will be held accountable."
We could buy that, despite Brown's history of violence against women, which includes beating the crap out of then-girlfriend Rihanna and accusations from the real Karrueche of physical abuse during their relationship.
