Chris Brown has been released by French authorities, after being charged with rape and drug possession.
It's unclear if the charges have been dropped -- meaning he can come home to the US -- or if he'll have to remain in France to face them.
In an interview with Closer magazine, Brown's alleged victim says she was attacked after she left a Paris nightclub with Brown, who was staying at Mandarin Oriental hotel in Paris.
She says once inside his suite, she went to the bathroom, Brown followed her and "catches me by the right arm. He makes me enter a sort of dressing room. He closed the door ... it lasted 25-30 minutes." She describes the alleged rape as "brutal and violent." She says she was then "abused" by one of Brown's friends and a bodyguard."
Brown unconditionally denied the charge in an Instagram post.
" I WANNA MAKE IT PERFECTLY CLEAR...... THIS IS FALSE AND A WHOLE LOT OF CAP! NNNNNNNNEEEEEEEEEEVVVVVVVVVVEEEEEERRRRRR!!!!!! FOR MY DAUGHTER AND MY FAMILY THIS IS SO DISPRESPECTFUL AND IS AGAINST MY CHARACTER AND MORALS!!!!!," Chris captioned a photo which read "This Bitch Lying."
Update: While police are still investigating the incident, Brown was released without bail and is free to leave France.
Update 2: Brown's reps tell Billboard that all charges have been dropped.
