"This Is America" is Childish Gambino's signature song and a 2018 Grammy winner for  Record of the Year, Song of the Year, Best Rap/Sung Performance, and Best Music Video.

According to Kidd Wes, it was also stolen.

Wes is suing Gambino, Ludwig Göransson, and Young Thug, the track's writers, for swiping his track "Made In America" and making it into "This Is America."

Wes claims "This is America's hook" " is "unmistakably substantially similar, if not practically identical" to his song.

He also says there are similarities in the flow Gambino uses and the hook's refrain.

Wes released his track on Soundcloud in 2016 and copyrighted it in May of 2017, a year before "This Is America" dropped.

Listen to both songs below and let us know if Wes has a case.

It's not the first time somebody has accused Gambino of stealing "This Is America".
