Chief Keef Associate Yae Yae Jordan Charged With Murder

by HHL Editors

Yae Yae Jordan has just made a name for himself for all the wrong reasons.

The Michigan native (real name Cordell Jones) had been wanted for a shooting outside of a Detroit-area Highland Park night club at 4 AM September 20 which left one person dead and several others injured.

He was caught hiding in a Detroit home this week after over a month on the lam. The 18-year old, who was placed on Michigan's Most Wanted list two weeks ago, is expected to be charged with murder.

Yae Yae signed with Chief Keef's Glo Gang in July and was to be the label's first project. He also appeared on the  Keef track 'Strapped (Remix') remix this summer.

Right before Yae Yae was taken in by the authorities, he posted a brief video proclaiming his innocence.

"ATF outside, nigga, they got me," He says. "I’m innocent, nigga. I ain’t do shit. I’ma take it like a man. Here I come. Hold me down, nigga, for real. Yae Yae, I love y'all."

It's been a tough week for Chief Keef, who was just dropped from Interscope. But it's been an even tougher  week for his associate Yae Yae.
