Chicago rapper and producer LeekELeek [Al-Khaaliq Lawrence] was killed yesterday in Danville, Illinois after being hit by a train.
There were reports of a man running near the track before he was hit at about 5:25. Police responded to the accident and attempted to administer aid, but they couldn't revive him. The 27-year old was pronounced dead at Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana, Ill. at 8:54 p.m.
The accident is being investigated.
LeekELeek was best known for his production work with Chief Keef and GBE.
