The three big rap releases this week were Roddy Ricch's Please Excuse Me For Being Antisocial, XXXtentacion's Bad Vibes Forever Vol. 1 and French Montana's Montana.
Hits Daily Double is projecting Ricch will do the best of the three, with Please Excuse set to do 75-85k SPS with 1-3K traditional.
Ricch's debut album will battle veteran rockers The Who and Camila Cabello for tops on the chart this week.
Bad Vibes Forever, XXXTentacion's second posthumous project, will be nipping at their heels with 60-70k, 10-15k.
No such luck for French, as Montana is projected to do only 15-20k, 1-2k, despite all the promo the Bad Boy artist got from his recent trip to the ICU.
That's in line with what recent album from The Game and Dave East did, suggesting a certain type of "middle-aged" rapper is getting squeezed in this brave new world of streaming.
What do you think of this week's numbers?
